Shipping & Delivery
Bulkit offers one safe and convenient method for receiving your order. Delivery anywhere in South Africa. Shipping times depend on where you are.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days.
Upon placing your order, our team will diligently process it within 2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Rest assured that you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.
To conveniently track the status of your order, please utilize the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can visit our website’s dedicated tracking page or directly input the tracking number on the carrier’s website. By doing so, you will receive real-time updates regarding the current location of your package and its estimated delivery date.
Shipping costs are determined based on the destination of your package. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before finalizing your purchase.
The time depends on where you at. In Gauteng, it normally takes about 3 days to deliver. In Cape Town, it takes about 7 days to deliver.
If you have a missing or incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to ensure accurate delivery.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refund
- Online returns: Please contact our Contact Centre to arrange the return of an item by courier or mail. If the Product is defective or broken, provide pictures of the damage using the contact form provided by the Contact Centre. Return labels will be provided for small packages. For heavy or bulky Products, our Contact Centre will contact you within three business days to arrange collection.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its received.
- In the event of a refund, we will process it using the original payment method within 10 business days, EFT refunds may take up to seven business days to reflect in your account. We may request verification of your bank account details if you paid via EFT.
- When returning a Product, we may request your personal information and the reasons for the return. The collection and processing of your personal information will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order has been processed and shipped, it may no longer be possible to make changes.

Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Custom-made items produced according to your specifications, including clothing with printed designs.
- Items that have been damaged by lightning or other natural disasters.
- Deliberately damaged or unused items as outlined in the product user manual.
- Perishable or expiration-sensitive items, such as all products categorized under Food & Beverages.
- Plants, trees, and flowers.
- Any product containing ink, such as pens, is deemed non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the utilization of the pen refill.
- Products that are missing components, such as television remote controls, cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Products specifically imported according to your request
If you wish to return a non-defective Product for reasons other than it being defective (i.e., “change of mind”), you may do so at your own cost within five days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- You have the original proof of purchase.
- The Product is unused.
- The Product is in its original packaging.
- The Product is in a saleable condition
Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the packaging is damaged.
In the event that the Product you purchased is defective, you may return it within six months from the date of purchase. The following options are available:
- If the returned defective Product meets the requirements, we will gladly replace, refund, or repair it according to your choice.
- We may send the Product for technical evaluation before proceeding with replacement.
In accordance with section 44 of the ECT Act, if you purchase Products online, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 days after receiving the Products, without any reason or penalty. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products.
Payment Method
On the checkout page, you can select your preferred payment method. We offer two options for payment:
1. EFT Transfer: If you choose this option, you will receive our bank account details to initiate the electronic funds transfer. Please ensure that you include your order number in the payment reference to facilitate the processing of your payment.
2. Credit Card Payment: We accept all major credit cards for secure online transactions (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Simply provide your credit card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, to complete the payment.
